Refund policy
We want all of our customers to be happy with our products. If you have a problem or concern with your order, please contact us at hello@winstonandfinch.com
If you believe any of the items you have received are faulty, please contact us within 7 days at hello@winstonandfinch.com advising the fault of the product/s.
We are unable to provide refunds for orders where you have simply changed your mind. However, we will provide store credit when purchases are returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return postage is at the customers expense.
