SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 Australia wide for all orders up to $200.00 (excluding bulky items). We offer FREE shipping Australia wide for all orders over $200.00.

We will notify you via email once your order has been sent with a tracking number which will enable you to follow the progress of your delivery. Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit. Please contact the Courier Service that your order was dispatched with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to assist you, please contact us at hello@winstonandfinch.com and we will lodge an enquiry for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want all of our customers to be happy with our products. If you have a problem or concern with your order, please contact us at hello@winstonandfinch.com

If you believe any of the items you have received are faulty, please contact us within 7 days at hello@winstonandfinch.com advising the fault of the product/s. 

We are unable to provide refunds for orders where you have simply changed your mind. However, we will provide store credit when purchases are returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return postage is at the customers expense.
